When the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the option to withdraw your consent for processing or to delete your personal information at any time. You can do this by submitting a request through our website or via email services (see below in the section RIGHTS REGARDING PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION).

RIGHTS REGARDING PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Under certain conditions and based on the law, you have the right to:

  • Be informed whether we hold your personal data and, if so, what that data is and why we hold/use it.
  • Request access to your personal data (commonly known as a “data subject access request”). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check if we are processing it lawfully.
  • Request correction of your personal data that we hold. This enables you to correct any incomplete or inaccurate information we hold about you.
  • Request erasure of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us to continue processing it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal data where you have exercised your right to object to processing (see below). You can delete this personal data when its use is based on your consent.
  • Object to the processing of your personal data when we rely on legitimate interest (or that of a third party) but there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to processing on this ground. You also have the right to object where we are processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
  • Object to automated decision-making, including profiling, which should not be subject to automated decision-making using your personal data or your profile.
  • Request the restriction of processing of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to suspend the processing of your personal data, for example if you want us to establish its accuracy or the reason for processing it.
  • Request the transfer of your personal data to you or to another party (commonly known as the right to “data portability”), in electronic and structured form. This allows you to receive your data from us in electronically usable form and to transmit your data to another party in electronically usable form.
  • Withdraw consent. In limited circumstances where you may have provided your consent to the collection, processing, and transfer of your personal data for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw your consent for that specific processing at any time. Once we have been notified that you have withdrawn your consent, we will cease processing your information for the purpose or purposes for which you originally agreed, unless we have another legal basis for doing so lawfully.

If you wish to exercise any of these rights, we have developed an electronic form to make the exercise of your rights simple and effective – click here.

This policy should help you understand better how we use your personal information, explaining in detail the types of personal information we collect, how we use it, and who we may share it with. If you have further questions about this policy or how we handle your personal information, which are not answered here or through our electronic form, please contact us at mpap@uniquegoods.gr.

Please note that requests for access to data, deletion, etc., are processed through the form mentioned above (click here). These requests cannot be submitted for processing via email due to their volume and the need to verify your identity before we can act on your request. This is another important security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to anyone who is not authorized to receive it.

You will not need to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request for access is clearly unfounded or excessive. Alternatively, in such cases, we may refuse to comply with your request.

Additionally, to the extent that you have this right, you are entitled to lodge a complaint directly with the relevant supervisory authority (Hellenic Data Protection Authority, http://www.dpa.gr/).

 CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

The Privacy Policy may change periodically, and any changes to the privacy statement will be communicated to you through a notice on our website.
